Each FlexWork team member goes through a thorough multi-step interview process, analyzing their skills and past experience. We have them complete a video interview and written assessment in order to evaluate their written and verbal communication skills. In addition, we have live interviews with them in order to dive deeper into their background, communication skills, and culture fit.
You will also get a chance to meet your FlexWork team members before they get started to ensure there is a strong fit from the start.
